In this paper we consider distributed adaptive stabilization for uncertain multivariable linear systems with a time-varying diagonal matrix gain. We show that are stabilizable by high gains if the system is an H-matrix positive entries. Based on measure and stability theory diagonally dominant systems, two classes of derive threshold condition to ensure their exponential monotonically increasing gain matrix. When each individual function in updated state-dependent functions using only local state information, boundedness convergence both states guaranteed. apply approach synchronization control large-scale complex networks consisting nonlinear node dynamics coupling weights. A unified framework proposed includes several general design approaches weights guarantee network synchronization.
